Business Model
Sentinel Dynamics sells direct. Eligible defense, government and authorized procurement customers move from the first requirement conversation straight to a verified, tender-free purchase — no public bidding process required.
This model exists because defense buyers don't just need hardware — they need a partner who stays engaged from the first requirement conversation through years of operational service. Everything below is how that partnership actually works, stage by stage.
The Journey
A Sentinel Dynamics platform doesn't end at delivery — every stage below is part of the same relationship, from concept through a direct, tender-free purchase to years of operational service.
Every platform begins with a conversation, not a catalogue. We work directly with defense stakeholders to capture the operational requirement, threat environment, and mission profile before a single design decision is made.
The requirement is translated into airframe, avionics and payload architecture through an in-house design and engineering pipeline — the same vertically-integrated process behind every platform in the Sentinel Dynamics fleet.
Prototypes are flight-tested and demonstrated under real mission conditions, giving evaluators direct, hands-on visibility into performance before any commitment is made.
Before checkout unlocks, the buyer confirms who they are. Defense PSU and R&D organizations (DRDO, BEL, HAL and similar) verify directly on our platform; Army, Air Force and Navy personnel are directed to our Defense Procurement Desk to complete checkout by phone.
Once verified, the buyer configures or selects a platform, adds it to their cart, and submits a procurement request directly to Sentinel Dynamics — no public tender or competitive bidding process.
Contracted platforms move into scalable, in-house production, with quality-controlled manufacturing and delivery scheduled directly against operational timelines.
Operator and maintainer training, commissioning, and on-site deployment support ensure platforms enter service mission-ready from day one.
The relationship continues long after delivery — warranty coverage, spare parts, maintenance, and continued technical upgrades across the platform's full operational life.
Behind the Model
The eight-stage journey only works because of what Sentinel Dynamics has built internally — a lean, vertically-integrated capability stack, not a network of subcontractors.
Aerodynamic, structural and avionics design under one roof, so requirements move to hardware without handoffs between vendors.
Domestically sourced, precision-built airframes and components that remove dependency on import timelines.
A shared design core across every airframe class lowers cost-per-unit and simplifies spare parts and maintenance for buyers.
Every platform is validated under real mission conditions before it's offered for demonstration or fielded operationally.
Technical and commercial packages built from day one to withstand formal procurement evaluation, not assembled after the fact.
Spare parts, maintenance and 24/7 technical assistance reachable wherever the platform is deployed.
How We Engage
Sentinel Dynamics sells directly to eligible defense, government and authorized procurement customers — no public tender, no competitive bidding process. Here's how the direct purchasing workflow works.
Armed forces, government agencies, para-military and police organizations, and authorized system integrators or research institutions.
Defense PSU and R&D organizations verify directly on this site. Army, Air Force and Navy personnel complete checkout by phone through our Defense Procurement Desk.
Configure a platform in Forge Lab or select one from the catalog, with live estimated pricing — no bid submission required.
Verified buyers purchase directly — the platform never goes through an open tender, RFP process, or reverse auction.
Procurement requests are reviewed by our team directly and never published or shared with competing suppliers.
Skipping the tender cycle means a shorter path from verified request to signed contract and production scheduling.
